Within individual therapy sessions, clients and the practitioner together will decide on a suitable method for therapy. Some approaches to consider could be person centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, compassion focused therapy, or an integrative method where elements from many of these are utilised.

Typical sessions last 50 minutes and cost £40.

We'll help you create a tailor-made group programme, which can focus on a range of areas. Some topics of interest could be: depression, anxiety, stress management, self-harm or social anxiety, to name a few.

These groups are both educational and experiential and can incorporate as many or as little group exercises as required. Elements of CBT, psychotherapy, counselling and art therapy are combined to produce a group which is informative, personal and thought provoking.

Group prices will depend on the length and number of sessions, as well as the number of participants.
